- Boxes will be accepted 3 days prior to the conference. Due to limited storage we cannot
guarantee storage space prior to that time period. - The vendor must provide their own moving equipment and packaging supplies. No
moving equipment will be provided, and any packaging supplies requested will be
purchased at current prices. - Credit card payment will be due prior to delivery of any supplies.
- All Boxes must be packed up and labeled for Pick Up at the end of the conference.
- Vendor must schedule the pick up at the end of the conference with shipping company.
- Any movement of boxes requested to be handled by the hotel will be subject to
current prices.
Shipping Instructions: Exhibitors may send their material to the event hotel no earlier than Monday October 1st to prevent back up of packages, as hotel has other groups prior to NLE.
*Sponsors are responsible for retrieving their own packages from the hotel holding area.

FAQ’s:
We need extra tickets, how do we add more representative passes? Exhibitor Sponsors may purchase additional representative passes for $400.00 each.
Do sponsors receive the attendee list? Due to our privacy policy, we do not share the private information of our guests and sponsors. However, we do encourage all guests to interact and engage on our Brella app, which goes live 2 weeks prior to event.
Do exhibitors need to bring table covers for our booth? NLE will provide black table covers and two chairs for your booth.
